Can I collect the package at a pick‑up point?

You choose the delivery method at checkout. Which options are shown depends on your address and your order.

• Parcel locker: Instabox, Budbee Box and CityMail Parcel Locker
• Pick-up point: PostNord Service Point
• Home delivery: Budbee Home

The shipping cost for each option, and when shipping is free, is displayed at checkout before you pay. Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days.

With a parcel locker you pick up the package at a convenient time. We ship to parcel lockers with Instabox, Budbee Box and CityMail. Which are available for your address are shown at checkout.

1. Select a parcel locker at checkout.
2. When the package has arrived you will receive an SMS or a notification in the carrier’s app with pickup instructions.
3. Collect the package from the locker.

Yes, if the option is available for your address you can choose Budbee Home at checkout. You will receive information about the delivery via SMS or in Budbee's app. Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days.

When your order is packed and shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation from us. Afterwards the carrier sends tracking information to you via SMS or email, and you can follow the package in the carrier’s app or on their website.
