Which nicotine strength suits you?

Nicotine is and will always be a toxic substance and that must also be taken seriously. You should always think about how much nicotine you use daily. So think about it when you decide how much nicotine it should be in your next E-juice. Most E-juices contain, namely, X milligrams of nicotine per milliliter, others have no nicotine at all.

Different needs are met by different nicotine strengths

The different sellers in Sweden and abroad usually have different nicotine strengths for their E-juices. Most strengths lie fairly close to each other, but it is still important to check which strength you should use.
To find the right one, you can base it on your previous cigarette consumption. From that you can find an E-juice with suitable nicotine strength that is quite close to what you have smoked before. In this way you make the transition from regular to electronic cigarettes as easy as possible.

If you choose an E-juice with a nicotine strength that is too high it can lead to nicotine poisoning. A poisoning usually manifests as headache, palpitations, stomach pain, vomiting, etc. Nicotine poisonings can be very dangerous.
If you instead order an E-juice with too little nicotine you will only get a smaller hit from your E-cigarette than you are used to from your regular cigarettes. How much nicotine you should choose

Considering what we said earlier, it's quite good to find the right amount of nicotine right from the first attempt. Nicotine is addictive and a poison. So you should definitely take it seriously. More information about nicotine in E-cigarettes can be found here.

- If you don't want nicotine in your E-cigarette or just smoke now and then you can try an E-juice with no nicotine at all – i.e., a variant with 0 mg nicotine per ml.
- If you usually smoke about a pack a day (20 cigarettes) or if you only smoke when you are out, a E-juice with 6-9 mg / ml could be the right choice for you.
- A consumption of a pack of light cigarettes per day should correspond to an E-juice with 9-12 mg nicotine / ml.
- If you smoke a pack of cigarettes per day, i.e., regular cigarettes and not light cigarettes you probably need an E-juice with 16-18 mg/ml.
- 2 packs of regular cigarettes per day means you should find an E-juice with 24 mg / ml.
- If you smoke even more, i.e., around 3 packs per day you should look for 36 mg / ml. Such an E-juice corresponds to very strong cigarettes without a filter.
